No Returns Policy: Due to the custom nature of our photo prints, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Refunds: We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, is of poor quality, or does not match the description provided on our product page, we will gladly offer a refund. To be eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Report the Issue:

    • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hanjoul.photography@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Provide Proof:

    • Include clear photos of the damaged or defective item, along with images showing the packaging if it arrived damaged.
  3. Refund Approval:

    • Once we receive your report and photos, we will review your case. If your claim is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Exclusions:

  • Refunds will not be issued for minor color variations due to differences in monitor settings.
  • Refunds are not available for items that have been modified or altered by the customer.
